(Deposit)
A 20% non-returnable deposit is required to secure each booking. This can
be in the form of a cheque, or a credit/debit card number can be given. BOOKINGS SECURED BY A CREDIT/DEBIT WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL PAYMENT IS DUE, NORMALLY ON DAY OF DEPARTURE. However, a 20% deposit will be charged if the room is
cancelled, or the full amount of the loss of revenue will be charged if there
has been no cancellation, and you do not take up your booking. This will
include the night (s) accommodation and dinner, with wine, if previously
booked.
(Cancellation)
All cancellation must be made in writing or via e-mail and received 48 hours
before the arrival date. Failure in doing so will result in the charges as
detailed above being levied.
(Checking in/out)
Rooms will be available for checking in after 4 pm. Rooms must be vacated
by 10 am on the day of departure.
(Damage)
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the rooms, furnishings, utensils and equipment in them by any act, omission, default or neglect of the guest or any member of their party and will pay to Bridge House on demand the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage.
(Smoking)
For the comfort and safety of all guests Bridge House is non-smoking throughout.
(Keys)
Lost keys or keys that are not returned are subject to a charge of £25.00.
(Credit Card Surcharge)
Payment made by credit card will incur additional 2.5% surcharge. Payments by debit card, cash or cheque will NOT incur additional charge.
